Description:
- This RCGF series machines is mainly used in fruit juice filling work. The equipment incorporates rinsing, filling and capping into one, and thus realizes full-automatic operation, which is suitable for fruit juice bottled in PET and plastic bottles. To cooperate with the temperature control equipment, the device adopts hot-filling.
- the equipment runs automatically under the control of advanced programmable PLC, and cooperating with the frequency converter of main machine, it makes this whole production operating more stable and reliable. The photoelectric sensor is used to check the operating conditions of each part. So the machine is highly automatic and convenient to operate. Thus, it will be the best choice of drinks manufacturers.
Main Components of the Equipment:
1. The 3 in 1 unit main machine includes bottle washer, filling machine, capping machine, rack, sealing window, main motor, drive system, transmission system of bottles, cap sorting device, and electric control system and more.
2. The dumping gear of the bottle washing machine consists of water segregating tray, bottle washing gripper, upper turntable, guide rail, protective shield, water-spraying device, defrosting tray.
3. The filling mechanism is mainly made up of filling valve, guide rail, hoisting device, bottle jamming elevating gear, etc.
4. The cap-sealing mechanism consists of cap sorting machine, cap-setting guide rail and capping machine.
5. The auxiliary(optional)equipments have bottle rinsing water reflux accumulator, bottle-entering air duct, and bottle-outputting chain. Besides, we will configure manual bottle loading platform multiple rows of manual differential velocity chain-shape bottle-lining platform, and automatic capping machine and so on.
